1) Get your blog

If you want to make money blogging you have to firstly create a blog where you will write your posts and make your voice heard. you can start with Blogger.com if you are a newbie.

2) Pick about a topic you love

this is the most important thing, the topic! you can’t write abou something you don’t like right? you have to blog about something you do everytime and you enjoy doing it! just blog about something you are appasionate about then you will enjoy the results!

3) Learn a little bit about SEO

Search engine optimization is another key-factor to success! Seo is the process of optimizing your blog for the search engines so you can get a fair amount of organic traffic which is crucial to make money off your blog! whenever you want to write a post make use of google adwords keyword tool and search for related keywords with high searches and low competence!

4) Build quality backlinks

this is another important process, in order to get a great pagerank you have to build high quality backlinks, dofollow backlinks are more important because they bring you more link juice than nofollow links.

5) Read other oustanding blogs

If you wanna improve your writing style you have to read a lot, read other great blogs and notice how they use the language,if you improve your writing style you will be writing better content which poeple would love to read and share 😀

6) Research and brainstorm before hitting the publish button

If you want to come up with a great post you have to do lots of research and brainstorming, research means find legit resources good keywords and so on, proofread your post for grammar mistakes, clean your post, add a eye-catching image, then hit the publish button!

Can you tell me how to get dofollow backlinks? nofollow backlinks are easy to get but dofollow links are hard to get.

Good advice Chitty but I would say start with a self hosted WordPress blog if you are serious about blogging because it’s quite hard to transfer to WP from Bogger and keep your traffic and backlinks. I know because I did that with my first blog. WordPress is a doddle now compared to how it was then.

One coach I had said you should always sleep on a blog post before you publish it and I think that is very good advice. I have often thought of something I wanted to add or change the next day.

I would agree with you Chity that these are all very good points.

Blogging is a blast. It’s especially fun when you’re writing about a topic you really enjoy. People always say find your passion but some of us struggle with that so I just say do what you enjoy and you’ll be so much happier.

I know there is so much information out there from different bloggers so my advice would be to follow someone who is doing what you want to do and then just reach out and ask them how they should get started. Hopefully the majority of them will response. For instance all of these tips are helpful but we all know there is so much more involved right! So the way you might be doing things someone else might not be able to comprehend as well. It’s just the way we all absorb information that’s all.
